Delicious Ways to Improve the Taste of Your Dukan Diet Menu and Recipes
Written by H.M.A
If you can prevent it, eating boring,
unappealing food is never a good idea. Some individuals believe that the Dukan
diet should be difficult, and that if it is simple, it
cannot be effective. That could not be farther from the truth! You do not have
to starve yourself in order to lose weight, nor do you have to consume dull,
bland cuisine. In this post, I’ll look at five items that will bring excellent
taste to your Dukan diet plan.
1. horseradish flavored with mustard
You can add immediate flavor to your dishes by sprinkling some
mustard on top. All stages of the Dukan diet permit the use of both French and
English mustards. Horseradish imparts a distinct heat to meat and is approved
at all stages. Wasabi, a sort of horseradish sauce, and ginger are both permitted
if you like Japanese cuisine. These work well with fish, which is why they are
often given with sushi.
vinegar 2
You may use any type of vinegar as a condiment. Balsamic
vinegar, in my view, is the most wonderful vinegar. This gives salads and meats
a sweet and sour flavor. Vinegar may be added to meals at any stage of the
diet.
3. gherkins and pickled onions
To add acidity and crunch to your cuisine,
diced gherkins and pickled onions may be used. You may consume them as a
condiment during the Attack phase, but if you eat a lot
of them, you must consider them veggies and eat them exclusively on a protein
and vegetable day.
4. Artificial sweeteners
During the Dukan diet, you are not permitted to consume more
sugar. However, if you have a sweet appetite and want to bake sweet pastries or
drink sugar in your tea and coffee, you may substitute sweetener for sugar.
Sweeteners may be taken at any stage of the diet.
Vanilla and cinnamon
Vanilla may be added to cuisine in the form of vanilla pods or
vanilla essence. The pods are pricey, yet a few drops of vanilla essence will
cost you pennies. Cinnamon is an excellent complement to the Dukan diet for a
sweet heat that can be enjoyed with both sweet and savory foods. Blend together
half a pint of skimmed milk, a couple of drops of vanilla essence, and sugar to
taste for a delectable treat. Even during the Attack Phase, you may
have one of these milkshakes every day.
